Motor Vista provides vehicle collection and delivery services across the UK.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. Later cancellations may incur charges.
5. Liability
Motor Vista takes reasonable care in providing services but will not be liable for indirect losses, delays outside our control, or consequential damages.
6. Insurance
Vehicles are driven under trade plate insurance in compliance with UK law. Full details available on request.

Refund Policy

• If we cancel your booking and cannot offer a reasonable alternative
• If we fail to deliver the vehicle within a reasonable time and it is clearly our fault
• If you cancel in line with our cancellation policy (see above Terms and Conditions)
Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
